More than just enduring, resilience is learning, innovating and growing in the face of change and adverse circumstances. Just as biodiversity boosts ecosystem resilience, we as rangers, support/enabling staff and other allied conservation professionals build resilience through building diverse formal and informal networks and processes. Sharing knowledge, hope, empathy and most important of all laugher in the face of setbacks and tough times.
