What is the Queensland Ranger Association?

The Queensland Ranger Association (QRA) is the professional body representing the staff who manage Queensland's protected areas. It liaises with the Queensland EPA on conservation management and staff issues.

Is the QRA a union?

No. The Queensland Ranger Association does not represent staff on industrial matters. If you are a Ranger and require union-related advice, contact the Australian Workers Union.

How do I become a member?

Easy! Simply fill out a membership form and post it to the return address.

How much will it cost me?

Membership is only $2 per fortnight for QPWS and EPA staff. Non-employees can become associate members for $12 + $3 administration fees.
